At Matador Records, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer returns on unworn apparel and unopened media within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition vinyl and digital downloads are considered final sale unless the physical item arrives damaged.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are protected against warping or corner dings during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
